Ember Claims is a trading name of Meridian Legal Services Limited. Meridian Legal Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of regulated claims management activity. You do not have to use a claims management company to pursue a claim. You may be able to present your claim yourself for free directly to the insurer, business, or organisation concerned. Where eligible, you may also be able to refer a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge.
